What sets Seaside Home Inspection apart from the rest?
A thorough comprehensive visual survey of the property that lasts about 2-5 hours depending on the size of the home. The inspection is never complete until all of your questions have been answered. The client is always encouraged to join the inspector on the survey of their potential home.
A comprehensive report, including photos of the property noting areas of concern in more detail followed by a general summary of all repair items sent via email within 24-48 hours of the inspection.
We are available for inspections on Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Southeastern Massachusetts and follow-up 7 days a week, we are a small privately owned company that works for you and has your best interest at heart. We are competitively priced and normally only conduct one inspection per day giving you the attention you and your new home deserve.
Being a licensed MA Home Inspector, with prior building and construction experience, and as a retired Coast Guard Marine Safety Inspector with over 30 years of marine safety experience, I know how vital safety is!
