Comments on the Military and Business Ownership

As a junior officer I was exposed to planning for operations, leading Soldiers and providing direction to get missions accomplished many times with limited resources and short suspension. It was this constant operations tempo that helped me to think clearly under pressure and make the best decisions possible but most importantly my goal was to keep my Soldiers safe as a service to their families.
