My training as an aircraft mechanic provided me the opportunity to be hired by Allegheny Airlines (American today) were I spent 23 years climbing up the ladder. After being laid off. I developed BG&S Peening in 2002, since then we built this company to be a team member with Lockheed Marin, Bell Helicopter, Electric Boat. We are sub-contractors in their present contracts. BG&S Peening and Consulting work with our customers in their shot peen requirements. I presently sit on SAE committees.
