Adapt and overcome is the first thing that comes to mind. As a business owner you have a vision of how everything is suppose to work and then life happens. Only way to survive is to adapt and overcome your obstacles. Although the military did teach me to be a leader, it also taught me how to follow and to admit when I am wrong. In business you have to be able to put your emotions to the side and move forward with the best idea (maybe not yours).
