Aside from job skills learned as a Navy diver, which has directly correlated into the civilian sector to fuel my union diver/underwater welder before starting my own dive company, the discipline, work ethic, and never quit attitude was what really pushed my business to the next level. Service taught me to meet deadlines, keep proper records and documentation, as well as bring integrity and professionalism into my place of work, job sites, and all who i encounter while representing ELITE.
