Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
I was an infantryman in the military so I was trained to understand the big picture, as infantrymen are required to know how to do every job in case support is not available in the field. I was awarded early promotion and became a team leader early in my career, allowing me to gain valuable experience leading a team, structuring training, which is music like business planning, and the position gave me confidence in myself and my ability to both succeed and grow.
